400 degrees • 60 seconds • Firm Pressure • 40-50% polyester will give a vintage look • 65-100% light colors for best results • Light or bleached garments required (see more in FAQ)

Pre-Press 3-5 seconds • 325 degrees • 7 seconds • Moderate Pressure • Cotton/Poly Blends • HOT PEEL

CLEAR FILM SCREEN PRINTS

Pre-Press 3-5 seconds • 300 degrees • 10 seconds Firm Pressure • Cotton/Poly Blends • HOT PEEL

DIRECT TO FILM (DTF)

Pre-Press 3-5 seconds • 320 degrees • 15 seconds • Moderate Pressure • Cotton/Poly Blends • COOL PEEL
PRESS AGAIN WITH PARCHMENT

Washing: Wash inside out with cold water with similar colors using a gentle cycle

Ironing: If ironing is necessary, iron inside-out on the lowest setting

Drying: Tumble dry low or hang-dry

Once your order has been placed, you have 12 hours (or until the order goes into processing) to alter or cancel. WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR CANCELLATIONS.

RETURN POLICY:

Here Cactus Rose Design Co, WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. We do not refund back to your original method of payment. You have 10 days from the day you recieved your item(s) to return. Please feel free to contact us directly regarding sizes or styling as we are more than happy to assist with any questions. To be eligible for store credit, your item(s) must be damaged free, unwashed, unworn, makeup free, and in the same condition that you received it with tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original box undamaged.

SHIPPING YOUR RETURN: 

Please include your packing slip with your return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We encourage using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
